How do you create a journal approval flow so that editing an approved journal changes the status to
I am trying to create a custom workflow for journal approvals with the following requirements:
- Journals must be approved
- Once a journal is created and sent for approval, it is sent to the user's supervisor (per the employee records)
- A supervisor can reject a journal though they cannot edit it and then approve it. Once a journal is rejected though, it can be edited by the user or the supervisor (though the supervisor's supervisor would be the one approving it if the supervisor is the one submitting it)
- Once a journal is edited, it is routed through the approval process again
