How to make an asset Fully Depreciated

Good morning,

I am importing a variety of assets in to the Fixed Asset Management module to begin using from this month. There are some assets I want import that are Fully Depreciated but we want to have them in the module for reporting purposes even though they will no longer depreciate. My problem is I can't get the status to say Fully Depreciated. I would have the thought the system can recognise that the net book value is now zero so it should change to fully depreciated but it doesnt. the status is still New.

have tried importing with Depreciation as FALSE but also with Depreciation as TRUE and running the depreciation. They are still in New Status.
