How can I preview an Extenal Case form with the same experience our Customer will have without Loggin in as the Customer/Contact?
I am making many changes to the External Case form and want to see the effect of my change.
I know I can navigate to the Customer>System Information>Access, select a Contact and Log in as customer.
Logging in as Customer kicks me out of the Administrator Role, I would use to change the External Case form. If the change is not what I needed/wanted, I have to log out of the Customer and log back in as the Administrator.
