Advanced Partner Permissions

Is there a way to modify APC Permissions so that Partners assigned to a Customer record can see all Activity (Tasks, Notes, Events, Phone Calls, etc) under the Communications sublist - and not just those they create? It appears users with the APC role are all to view all records under Messages (but not Activity). Thanks for any suggestions.
