Is there a way to know who created a price level

In Setup>Accounting>Accounting Lists>Pricel Level, we can create a custom price level. However this record do not have any system notes. We wanted to know who created this custom price levels in our Account. I tried Search System Notes> Price Level, however got zero result.. Is there a way to trace this out?
