Limit saved search results based on when the search was last executed by system
Hi there,
Hoping someone may be able to help me with a Saved Search question.
Is there a way to return results for any records that have been created since the system last executed the saved search.
To give a bit of background, I have a saved search that runs each hour via a scheduled script. Currently, I have criteria set to include any records that have been created within 1 hour and 0 seconds ago. In theory this should work, but the challenge is that the script doesn't always run on time. If it gets queued at 2:00 but doesn't run until 2:02, I will be missing records that were modified between 1:00 and 1:02.
