Amount column value in Unbilled Time report

Hi @all

I am using the Unbilled Time report to see the estimated revenue of a project. I am using charge Based billing method for my projects.  In that, I am using Time-based Rule for generating a charge. In this rule, we can define the rates  in three methods,

1) Billing class-Billing rate card

2) Resources - Raet per employees

3) Service item rates

So In this report, I cannot access the Charge record data or any charge rules defined. The report only shows the amount column value by fetching the rate defined in the Service items and not from the per hour rate defined using Billing rate card or Resources rate from the time-based rule. This is my issue. I would like this amount column to reflect the amount column value based on the rate defined in the billing rate card or from the resource rate defined in the time-based rule. Is this possible to achieve in this report? I have also gone
