Creating workflow
Hi All,
Apologize for the silly question - but how I can create a workflow that should change the value of a field when the Approval Status is changed to 'Approved'?
The transaction is PO and the initial Approval status should be none of 'Approved'.
Then once the PO is approved, the value in another field sourced from a list should be changed from 'New Order' to 'Pending Transmission'.
I have created a workflow with the following parameters:
Basic Information:
Record type: Transaction
SubTypes: Purchase order
Initiation:
Event-Based
Event Definition:
On create: False
On View or update: True
Trigger Type:
Tagged:
