We are seeing that some items on sales orders are not calculating the extend price. I opened a case with NetSuite and they advised that someone is manually entering a price in the amount column and that overrides the calculation. The sales rep said she did not touch that field. I set up an alert to know when this happens. It's very random, but we have seen it twice this week. Has anyone experienced seen this issue? I called NS but had to schedule a call back.
