How to give Customer Access and auto check 'Send notification Email' when a new customer created

Hi,

I am working on to auto give customer access when they registered. I am trying to create a workflow but I am not able to find fields when set default value for field 'Send Notification Email' or 'Manually assign a password'.

Just wondering is there a way to do this?
