java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: javax/xml/soap/SOAPException Exception with WebStorm 2019

I didn't think the old NetSuite user group software could be worse, but I was SOOOOOOOO wrong!

OK, I updated WebStorm to 2019.2.4 from 2018.1.1 and installed the SuiteCloud plugin (version 2019.2.1). I'm now getting an exception when I try any SDF operations in WebStorm:

"java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: javax/xml/soap/SOAPException"

Has anyone else encountered this? If so, any tips?
