2019.2 Anyone notice that portlets that were closed or "rolled up" are open when you change Center T
Prior to 2019.2 released this morning, my portlets remained in the state I left them, either open (unrolled) or closed (rolled up).
Now when I change Center Tabs, all the portlets on that tab are open. I close them, change tab, and return to "Home" or Activities etc, and the portlets are all "open".
Just started, and happens regardless of role.
Using Chrome 77.0.3865.120.
