Customization: Is it possible not allowing editing on registered PO after set time?

I have a question about NetSuite Customization.

Is it possible not to allow any editing on PO which registration for NS is already completed,

in case it's past 23 o'clock on the earliest scheduled shipment date on item line?

If this kind of customization is possible, I'd like to know how to do it.

Any way is fine using flow, script, or batch operates when user tries to open associated record.
