Saved Search Returns no Duplicates, but SuiteScript Does

Hi,

We have built an integration from Netsuite into our systems. Using a saved search off journal entries, the SavedSearch UI/Export feature does not return any duplicate data but when we query the saved search using SuiteScript v2.0, we are getting duplicates in the results. It seems that if our saved search returns some number between 500-1500 transactions (haven't found the exact number) there are no duplicates, but anything above that returns duplicates for the transactions returned in that 500-1500 transaction list.

Is there a grouping that I am missing or is this a known issue? Thank you in advance for any assistnace.
