View only time entries without approval rights

Hi There

We have a number of project managers who need to be able to view time entries for people who are not part of their projects though they are part of their team.

(i..e what is a project manager's direct report working on).

They shouldn't have approval rights for the time entry since these projects do not belong to them (though they want to know what projects their team is allocated to.)

What role permissions are needed for this?

Is it possible to do this?
