Gross Requirements Inquiry Customization

Is it possible to customize the Gross Requirements Inquiry page/report?

The end goal is to have all items for a subsidiary show on the report with the ability to have the system highlight any quantities that are negative, etc.

It would also be nice to be able to change the format of this page/report as well.
