Report or Saved Search for Payment Collected

I want to be able to create a report or saved search that will be emailed automatically to each employee who collected payment. The report will list employee, John Smith, posted payment of American Express $59 towards Invoicexxxxx.  Then weekly, the employee can reconcile their payments posted to what they are turning in.....What is the best way??
