We try to setup SSO in Sandbox

We try to setup SSO in Sandbox, We have setup everything for Azure SSO as described on de following page: https://docs.microsoft.com/nl-nl/azure/active-directory/saas-apps/netsuite-tutorial#configure-azure-ad-sso  But when I try to logon with our test account, I'm not being transferred to the Azure logon page. It keeps trying to logon with the Netsuite logon page. Can you please let me know how we can change this setting and fix this issue?
