Case When Formula to show Project Billing Budget in one Column and Project Cost Budget in a second C

Everytime I am asked to create a saved search showing the project billing and cost budgets in the same saved search I am unsuccessful.

I have been able to create Saved Search's with one of the budgets by setting the Criteria to Project Budget:Type = Billing or = Cost respectively, but I can't get them to both show up on the same report.

Is it possible to have both budgets on the same Saved Search?
