Is anyone having an issue with the Write Checks - Auto-Populate (sticky) Bank Account Fetaure?

edited Mar 3, 2020 10:09AM in Ask A Guru 4 comments

Hello,

I received feedback today from my colleague in accounting that the Write Checks page is behaving strangely.

There's a Netsuite feature described in this SuiteAnswers article (https://netsuite.custhelp.com/app/answers/detail/a_id/87969/kw/default%20bank%20check ) that auto-populates the Bank Account to the one selected on the last Check written.

Our Bank accounts setup consists of one primary Operating account used daily, and 8 secondary bank accounts used occasionally.  All 9 of these roll up into a single summary checking account.

We have found that once she has saved a transaction using one of the secondary accounts, the auto-populate field is stuck on that account for all subsequent transactions.  It never returns to the primary account.  It will change and stick to another secondary account.

Howdy, Stranger!
