Mass Update Marketing Subscription

Does anyone know if there might be a way to mass-update Marketing Subscription fields in Customer Accounts?

I have a variety of items that when purchased should add a marketing subscription to them, it is unique against the item...so I could schedule a mass update nightly, but don't see it in the NetSuite MassUpdate menu.

Any assistance would be awesome.
