Hours cap on SRP Projects / time entry

Hello,

I have a requirement that for SRP Projects that are setup based on a customer Purchase Order amount / # of hours, that when a consultant is entering time against this particular project that they are not allowed to record time above the allocated amount (i.e. 50 hours on the PO). Is there a setting in NetSuite that you can configure to disallow hours above a certain number, and if not, would this be best to use a workflow that reviews all time entered and approved to date vs an individuals time sheet that they are trying to save? Have
