how do I make one tax account used for both purchase and sales tax?

Hello.

We have using OneWorld.

I want to know how to make one tax account for both Purchase and Sales Tax?

For example, GST Control account should both include purchase and sales tax (GST Sales  Account - GST Purchase Account).
