We use Suitecommerce Advanced for our store and use the site as a B2C and B2B store. We have customers who pay on 30 day payment terms and have full visibility of their of their customer account including invoices, return orders, credit memos and other transactions. However, what we can't do is to find a way where a customer can use a credit memo on the webstore if they have one issued to them. We were considering gift certificates and issue them in exchange for the credit memo but it seems this way won't work either.

Does anyone have some idea on this?
