Custom Center Categories and Custom Center Links within NetSuite Native tab - Dashboard?

I have created a custom category called Procurement.

I have created a custom link called Procurement Dashboard

I have created a custom tab called Procurement

I have personalized the custom tab 'Procurement' and added Portlets, etc for publishing the Dashboard to other users within the Accounting Center.

The category/Link are viewable on the all the roles using the Accounting Center

However, the Dashboard on the Procurement tab is not being shown to the users.  What is being shown is the 'originally' created tab

Correct Procurement Dashboard Link to Custom CFO role using Accounting Center

Category/Link Customizations:

(I understand there is a domain/Account URL changes that we need to make, but I don't believe this is impacting the Dashboard)
