Blocking a customer
Good morning guys!
Hope you are all keeping safe!!
As part of our acquisition activity, one of the ways in which we get people into our database is by offering a huge discount on their first purchase with us.
However, at present there is no way for us to limit this to one offer per person (we are using a custom record function that drops a discounted item straight into the cart, so not a promo code) - and not surprisingly, we have one customer who is bulk buying these cheap offers, across multiple guest accounts and transactions.
Is there anyway, in Netsuite, that I can block a customer from transacting with us? Or, block his PayPal?
