I have a query regarding the project timesheet and project expense reports transaction visibility in the employee center role. In the case of the timesheet, if the person who logs in to the employee center is the project manager of a project and an employee from another subsidiary, who is not the subordinate of the project manager records a timesheet, then the Project manager can still approve the employee timesheet by using the approve time page from his employee center role. ( which means that without the Supervisor-subordinate relationship the time entry is of a global resource in a project
