Cold Customer Saved Search
I need some help with a saved search.
I have been asked to create a search that shows customers who's last order was prior to 1/1/2019. But they also want to be made aware of any customers who drop off that list by placing an order now or in the future.
I can narrow down to the last order, its the second part I am not sure how to do. So far i have the following Criteria on a customer search'
Inactive is True
Date of Last Order is Before 1/1/2019
