Status field sometimes shows entity
Underlying leads, prospects, customers, and opportunities (and maybe more) is an Entity Status field which is derived from Customer Statuses. When I setup a filter for status on Opportunity objects the filter displays like this:
Whereas when I setup a filter on a Customer object at the Customer stage the filter displays like this:
In the customer saved search it displays the Stage value, while in the opportunity view it does not. What is determining the behavior?
