Import Shipping Charges

I have created a custom transaction body field to enter our actual shipping cost for ecommerce orders. We just launched the website and need to track free shipping and if the rates calculated on the website are higher or lower than our actual shipping costs. I want to import these records instead of having to manually do these daily. The field is not appearing in the Sales Order selection. Any ideas why? Appreciate the feedback!
