Jobs Vs Project - whats the difference?

Hi Guys,

Hope you are doing well. Hopefully a quick question:

What is the difference between a Job and a Project in NetSuite. In some environments, I see that under List>>relationships it says Projects while in others it says Jobs.

Is this due a particular feature being turned on/off or is the just that someone customized the labels?
