CRM follow-up
Often I would like to flag my CRM interactions (messages / emails, meetings and phone calls) as "requiring follow-up" or a date for follow-up. Then have a single list of all the CRM interactions that have been so flagged (this can then be my To Do list).
At the moment the clunky way that I do this for phone calls is to include the words "action required" in the subject of the phone call record in NetSuite. I then have a search that looks for those words.
However I can't see a way of doing this for messages / emails (which I sync from Outlook) nor meetings - unless I give these those / similar words - but I don't want to do this as my customers would see the "action required" words.
