Dear Gurus,

I would the sales rep listed on the customer record to be cc'd on the dunning emails.

Maybe I am missing it but I cannot find a setting for this.

I thought to select the sales rep on the customer record as an additional Dunning recipient.

I find that a contact record would have to be created for each sales rep first in order to be able to add them as an additional Dunning Recipient.

This does not seem efficient or easy to maintain , especially if sales rep on the account changes.

Is there a better way?
