Handling Change Orders in NetSuite?
What solutions have been developed for handling Change Orders in NetSuite? We are and Engineering and integration company that created Opportunities that turn into Quotes that convert to Sales Orders that become Invoices. (Standard stuff).
During the Install phase we will have the need to add or subtract Equipment or Labor as the job unfolds. These additions and subtractions need to be tracked on the Sales Order so when we create the Invoice everything is reconciled correctly.
NetSuite doesn't have a Change Order form so we’re continuing to use an Excel form that is submitted to the accounting team that then enters the data.
