I want the Edit View /Print button in Transaction List Removed. How to do that?

So our company require certain roles to have a super restricted access. They should not be able to edit any search results, transaction list view etc and also no printing allowed.

I already set the permission "Find Transaction" to "View" only but when I used the role with this permission this button "Edit View" is still displayed. If they clicked this, they will be able to edit the saved search, the risk is they can removed the criteria set in the saved search and they can preview the saved search results. I also want to removed all ways they can export / print the saved search results. But the Print button is always present and cannot be removed.
