Anyone else having confirmation email deliverability issues?

We're seeing a sharp increase in undeliverable mail due to poor sending MTA reputation on our order and quote conformation emails. DKIM and SPF are configured correctly and doesn't seem to be an issue on our server's side so it looks like a NS issue; is anyone having, or have any experience with, this issue? Any feedback appreciated.
