Hi All,

for one of my clients, taxes are not getting calculated on sales order.

I made sure below configurations are setup properly:

• Customer:
  • Has correct address (Test Customer, 55 E. End Avenue Apt. 3L, New York, NY 10028, United States)
  • Taxable is checked
  • Tax Item is blank

• Item:
  • Tax schedule is taxable
• Set Up taxes:
  • Customers default to taxable is checked

But still "Not Taxable" is showing on Sales order.

I'm not sure what I'm missing here.

Any inputs are greatly appreciated.
