Custom field to link invoice and credit memo
Hi
Per Suiteanswer 8403, 'Including Custom Fields in Global Search', I am trying to create a field that can be indexed and searched for under global search.
The field in question would sit on the credit memo record.
It would be called 'related invoice' and reference the invoice number it has been applied to
I can create the field and get it to extract the invoice number reference (the transaction number any way)
Fictitious data
How do I get the field 'related record' to appear in the global search?
the global search box is greyed out unless I also tick 'store value'
