I would like to know why vendor bill expense entity column is customer not a vendor/employee?

Hi,

I have some testing fees so we fill the testing lab in the vendor field (body), meanwhile, we need to set this expense to link another vendor on the expense subtab column, but it just has the customer field.

I would like to know why the vendor bill expense entity column is customer not a vendor/employee like Journal Entry name field.
