What fields are available for Email Templates?

I have a workflow that is emailing a team of my staff when an event is requested in one of our spaces. I want to access a number of fields within the event. Is their some secret language that I need to use? Is their a glossary of terms. I pulled the NL Sample header file, but i don't see any references. I am thinking I want something like

  • NLEVENT_ORGANIZER
  • NLEVENT_USER
  • NLEVENT_custevent4

etc.

Thoughts??
