Item Fields -> Custom Item Field -> Auto Complete More Fields Based on Another.

Hello Gurus!

I have a requirement for a [Custom Item Field] that adds a default value IF another Item Field is equal to x.

For example is [List/Record] (menu) A equals 'Hazmat' then [Text Field] B auto completes with a text value of 'DANGER' and if it doesn't then its 'NULL'

Is it possible and if so, how do I go about doing it?
