Import Bank Statement Unexpected Error

Hi,

I keep getting an unexpected error message when trying to import bank statement. I'm using csv file (template via the bank import screen). I've tried it as UTf8 encoding and still get the same message. It seems the only way to work it is to retype manually the entire CSV file from the bank and then import but this is not feasible when there are 10's of bank accounts! Anyone now any better
