Customization of "transaction form of pdf layouts"

Hi, my name is Alexis Alonzo

I have a problem with "Transaction form PDF Layouts". I have tried custom forms some forms but I haven't  been successful.

When I do a custom forms and I create a element this element don't allow to bring the field selected. I mean when I generate my transaction and print that transaction, it don't show the change made before in the custom the forms.

Somobody could help me please.
