Can workbooks be published?

Is it possible to share a workbook and/or dataset with somebody who does not have a NetSuite account?  We would like to share some workbooks with external stakeholders who do not have NetSuite.  We are considering publishing tables to Tableau Server if needed, but would prefer to share the NetSuite analytics tables and datasets directly if possible, since our data is in NetSuite.  If it is not possible to directly share workbooks and/or datasets directly with outside stakeholders, does anyone know of a potential workaround solution?
