Has the csv encoding changed in Netsuite over last week

HI everyone,

I'm new to this group.  So hoping I've done this correctly and look forward to your responses.

I was wondering if anyone had noticed that the csv export encoding had changed in the last week?

We have had trouble loading a file from NetSuite into another database, but it worked ok last week.
