De-Dupe within Analytics (remove duplicates)

I have created a dataset within Analytics that is looking at Time-Off I am trying to remove duplicates, but I cannot seem to do it.

See below for a screen capture of the dataset.

I created a formula that concatenates the Internal_ID & Date_Applied. As you should be able to tell, this formula field is unique, but how do I de-dupe against that field?
