Employee Name Showing on Emails Sent
I have an employee who is set up correctly in the employee list. His name and email address are accurate however, when he emails an estimate to the customer, it shows a differenet name. I went to that employee and she has a different email address and is set up accutaly as well.
In the picture you can see that I have a workflow created that when someone creates an estimate with the department=Install, I get an email notifing me. The name "Nena" is not accurate and I don't know why that is populating when the name should be "Derek". "nena" is not an official name anywhere in Netsuite. How do I get it be "DEREK"
