HTML Online Form CSS Issue

Hi,

I have an online HTML form which I am planning to use on a customer record to capture incoming requests, I have created the form using some CSS styling that we have used previously but have noticed an issue between the Online form Template and when the form is used via the Online form Link.

This is just one example where the form seems to be ignoring the styling, there are also areas where we have used headings that are showing correctly in the preview but not when accessing the form to populate it.
