Hi all,

New here and trying to navigate. My first question is in regards to saved searches. I designed a search and saved it.- It was a GST report. How much GST we charged customers.  It worked brilliantly. Next month when I need it again, the saved search changed. This was very frustrating. not sure why netsuite does this and not sure how to fix. The figures were now negative. Any assistance you can offer would be much appreciated.

Also, how can I search past discussions to see if my question has been answered in the past? A link would be very helpful.
