Mass update of customer and lead price level

Hello,

I need to update the price level of customers and leads to Base Price for those customers and leads whose price level is either blank or online price. I have created a saved search to get those list of customers.

There are approx 50000 records to be updated. So I want to use NS Import feature to import CSV files and update the price level.  I want to know the template for CSV files to update price level and way to do import. Any example and assistance would be greatly appreciated .
